Maybe you’re a high-flying executive in the corporate world or trying to get your break in some creative field. Or perhaps you haven’t yet identified your ‘path with a heart and soul’ and want someone in your corner who will help you bring out the best in each and every part of yourself.
Either way, I can help you get there.
What is life coaching?
My approach to life and personal coaching – I call it generative coaching – recognises that we are far more than our consciously available resources. It actively involves the deeper, more creative resources of our whole mind.
Generative coaching also recognises that while commitment and willpower are necessary ingredients of success, they are by no means sufficient.
How is life coaching different from therapy?
Counselling/psychotherapy and life coaching have much in common. The key difference between the two approaches is one of focus.
In counselling and psychotherapy the focus is primarily on what needs resolving for life to flow again.
In coaching the focus is more on what needs to happen such that current skills and achievements can be enhanced.
Generative coaching draws upon both conscious and unconscious knowledge and resources to ensure that the best results possible are realised.
How do generative coaching sessions work?
Because of their creative nature, generative coaching sessions are only delivered face-to-face.
The initial session is always two hours’ duration. Subsequent sessions will be scheduled according to your individual requirements.
How much does it cost?
